ASSISTAGE（以下「運営者」といいます）は、 YouTubeチャンネル「BreakRewind」の運営・分析を目的として使用する 「BreakRewind Analytics Collector」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 本アプリについて
BreakRewind Analytics Collectorは、運営者が管理するYouTubeチャンネルの パフォーマンスデータを取得・整理・分析するための内部利用ツールです。
本アプリは一般ユーザー向けのサービスではなく、 運営者自身のYouTubeチャンネル管理・分析を目的として使用します。
2. Google APIの利用
本アプリは、Googleが提供するYouTube Data APIおよび YouTube Analytics APIを利用します。
Google APIを通じて取得した情報は、 本プライバシーポリシーに記載した目的の範囲内でのみ使用します。
3. 取得するデータ
本アプリでは、Google APIを通じて必要に応じて 以下の情報を取得する場合があります。
- YouTubeチャンネルIDおよびチャンネル情報
- YouTube動画ID
- 動画タイトル
- 動画の公開状態およびプライバシー設定
- 動画の公開日時
- 再生回数
- エンゲージドビュー
- 平均視聴時間
- 平均視聴率
- 高評価数
- コメント数
- 共有数
- 登録者増加数
- その他、YouTubeチャンネルおよび動画の分析に必要な情報
4. データの利用目的
取得したGoogleユーザーデータは、以下の目的にのみ使用します。
- YouTube動画の公開状態の確認および管理
- 動画ごとのパフォーマンス測定
- YouTube Shortsの分析
- 動画ごとの時系列データの保存
- YouTubeチャンネル運営の改善
- 内部レポートおよび分析資料の作成
取得したGoogleユーザーデータを、 上記以外の目的で利用することはありません。
5. データの保存
Google APIを通じて取得したデータは、 Google Apps Scriptおよびアクセス制限されたGoogleスプレッドシート等を利用して 保存・管理します。
保存されたデータには、運営上必要な者のみがアクセスできるよう管理します。
6. データの共有および第三者提供
運営者は、取得したGoogleユーザーデータを販売しません。
また、本アプリの機能提供、法令への対応、セキュリティ上必要な場合を除き、 Googleユーザーデータを関係のない第三者へ提供することはありません。
取得したデータを、広告配信、リターゲティング、 データブローカーへの販売、信用評価その他これらに類する目的で利用することはありません。
7. データの保持期間と削除
取得したデータは、YouTubeチャンネルの運営・分析に必要な期間に限り保持します。
データが不要となった場合、または本アプリの利用を終了した場合には、 運営上または法令上保持する必要がある場合を除き、 合理的な期間内に削除します。
本アプリに関連して保存されたデータの削除を希望する場合は、 下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
8. Googleアカウントへのアクセス権の取り消し
Googleアカウントに付与した本アプリへのアクセス権は、 Googleアカウントの設定からいつでも取り消すことができます。
Googleアカウントの「セキュリティ」または 「サードパーティ製アプリとサービスとの接続」から、 BreakRewind Analytics Collectorへのアクセス権を管理できます。
9. セキュリティ
運営者は、取得したデータへの不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失、 改ざん等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
OAuth認証情報やアクセストークン等についても、 公開されないよう適切に管理します。

本アプリによるGoogle APIから取得した情報の利用および 他のアプリへの転送は、 Google API Services User Data Policy （Limited Use requirementsを含む）に準拠します。

11. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更

ASSISTAGE (“we,” “us,” or “the Operator”) operates BreakRewind Analytics Collector (“the Application”), a private internal tool used to manage and analyze the YouTube channel “BreakRewind.”

BreakRewind Analytics Collector is an internal analytics tool designed to retrieve, organize, store, and analyze performance data from a YouTube channel managed by the Operator.
The Application is not offered as a public service and is used solely for internal YouTube channel management and analytics.
2. Use of Google APIs
The Application uses the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API provided by Google.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
3. Data We Access
The Application may access information including:
- YouTube channel IDs and channel information
- YouTube video IDs
- Video titles
- Video publication and privacy status
- Video publication dates and times
- Views
- Engaged views
- Average view duration
- Average percentage viewed

4. How We Use Google User Data
Google user data accessed by the Application is used solely to:

5. Data Storage
Data obtained through Google APIs is stored and managed using Google Apps Script, access-restricted Google Sheets, and related Google services.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell Google user data.
Google user data is not disclosed to unrelated third parties except where necessary to provide the functionality of the Application, comply with applicable law, or protect the security and integrity of the Application.
Google user data is not used for targeted advertising, retargeting, sale to data brokers, credit-worthiness determinations, or similar purposes.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for YouTube channel management and analytics purposes.
When the data is no longer required or use of the Application ends, it will be deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal or legitimate operational purposes.

8. Revoking Google Account Access
Access granted to the Application may be revoked at any time through the security and third-party connection settings of the relevant Google Account.
9. Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, alteration, or misuse.
OAuth credentials, access tokens, and related authentication information are managed so that they are not publicly disclosed.

The Application’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
